If that is the case, we are here to help. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will offer you a replacement product, or a refund, as per your wish.
→ You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
→ The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
→ Do not wash, iron or soil garments. This will invalidate the Returns Policy.
→ In case the product is received in damaged or broken condition, do send us a photograph of the item by attaching it to an email and send it to email@example.com.
→ You do not need to send us the damaged or broken item. After you send us a photograph of the broken or damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
→ The item must be in the original packaging including shipping label. We understand that you might have opened the package to try out the product. Do preserve the packaging till such time as you are not satisfied with the product.
→ Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
→ Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
→ You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
→ We only request you to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Also, the cost of shipping the replacement product, if any, from us to you is non-refundable.
